The December 6, 2011 issue of Business West has another profile of Southwick with an emphasis on business in town and the College Highway construction project. The Library has this publication if you want to read it. In addition the Business West website has the article.

Copies of the newsletter are available at the Reference Desk or members of the Friends of the Southwick Public Library have a copy mailed to them each month.
During the month of September 2009 the Library received a gift of a subscription to Business West a bi-weekly publication. In addition the Library also received the 2010 Edition of the Business ResourceGuide published in August 2010 by Business West. The annual guide has lists of various types of businesses, organizations, etc. in the area. For more information contact the Reference Desk or go the the Business West website at www.businesswest.com . The 2011 edition of the Business Resource Guide was added to the Library Collection in September 2011. This edition includes information on Southwick as well as information on tax rates in area communities and other information.
During the month of August 2009 the Library began a subscription to the Value Lineinvestment service. It is available in paper format at the Reference Desk. Due to cost considerations the Library is unable to subscribe to the electronic version. For more information on what is included in Value Lineclick here.
Personal Privacy Issues:
The October 2009 issue of Consumer Report Money Advisor has information on protecting your personal and financial privacy including checking your credit reports. The information is free. This monthly publication is available at the Reference Desk.
Personal Finance:
The Library has a number of books on Retirement, Income Tax, Investing and related topics. You can find them in the Library Catalog or ask at the Reference Desk for more information.
The May 2010 issue of Money Magazine has articles on how to invest today, retirement investing, etc.
