The Mass. Emergency Management Agency (MEMA), FEMA and the Mass. Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC) are currently studying the idea of public libraries being available as Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC's). Attached is a copy of the material provided at a session held in Agawam at the local MEMA Headquarters. click here
